Tata Motors Finance Limited (TMFL) is a fully owned subsidiary of Tata Motors Finance Holdings Ltd (TMFHL). Formerly known as Rajasthan Leasing Private Limited, TMFL is headquartered in Thane. Since January 2015, TMFL has been focusing on the used vehicle finance business of Tata Motors. With the primary aim of expanding the market of used Tata Motors commercial vehicles, TMFL offers a range of quick and easy finance solutions for used Tata commercial vehicles as well as fuel loans. It is also dedicated towards promoting and sustaining the Tata Motors ecosystem of dealers and vendors by extending corporate loans for them.

TMFBSL is tirelessly working towards bringing a transformation across the unorganized used commercial vehicle market, converting it into an organized model. In doing so, TMFL intends to position itself as a reliable and trustworthy partner for the sales and purchase of used commercial vehicles.
