TMFL is Fit is a great initiative! It has not only helped me get healthier but has also improved my confidence levels.
After starting TMFL is Fit, I corrected my diet and started working out and ended up losing 3 kgs and 1 inch around my waist!
I reduced 7 kilos of weight since August, by becoming mindful of my step count and by making use of the Coaching facilities.
I joined a Yoga and Meditation class and am also trying to get in more hours of sleep in order to get fit and stay healthy.
TMFL is Fit has been an excellent source of support for my fitness regime.
A lot more people have started walking thanks to the TMFL is Fit initiative. I too have started walking and achieving the daily step count target of 10,000 steps!
