This comprehensive document serves as an ethical road map for the employees and all group companies under Tata. It provides the guidelines by which the group conducts its business.

The Tata Code of Conduct (TCoC) outlines our commitment to each of our stakeholders, including the communities in which we operate. It is our guiding light for times when we are faced with business dilemmas that leave us at ethical crossroads. The Code is also dynamic and has been periodically refreshed so that it always remains aligned to the changes in laws and regulations. At the same time, it remains unaltered at its core.

This Code stands testament to the determination we have to help our employees in understanding their duties and commitments toward shared values and principles.
